| Instansi | Until now, various industries are still dispose liquid waste containing nutrients and high CO2 emissions. High nutrient content has resulteed in water pollution and eutrophication, while air emissions has accelerated the increase in atmospheric greenhouse gases. Previous studies revealed that CO2 of industrial emission could be captured by Chlorella sp. using photosynthesis activity. Becouse of photosynthesis activity need nutrien also, we carried out study the capability of Chlorella sp to capture nutrient realese from wastewater of dairy industry. The result are (a)-dairy industrial wastewater that has been treated in prelimanary treatments (LS medium) although not as good as F/2 medium (artificial), able to grow well Chlorella sp, and (b) LS-medium enriched with nitrogen (LSP medium) are able to grow Chlorella sp with better than medium F / 2. It means this study reveal that dairy industrial wastewater that has been treated in prelimanary treatments could become a medium for Chlorella sp culture. |
