224Keragaman Lumut Di Resort Karang Ranjang, Taman Nasional Ujung Kulon, BantenKarang Ranjang resort is a part of Ujung Kulon National Park at Banten Province. It has two type ecosystem of forest. The coastal forest ecosystem are dominated by Pandanaceae Plant and the lowland forest ecosystem is dominated by Arecaceae. Floor of the lowland forest always covered by sea water when flooding. The first bryophyte research in this park was been done by surrounding methode and it recorded 50 specimen numbers of mosses. The identification result of the 48 speciment numbers found 33 species. Mniomalia semilimbata is dominant species on the research areas. Two species of the mosses have endemic status, Fissidens teysmanianum as endemic species in Java and Calymperes cougiense found abundant in the Malesia region and endemic in PolynesiaUjung Kulon National Park, Karang Ranjang, Mosses, diversity, ecosystem

225Keanekaragaman Dan Pemanfaatan Tumbuhan Di Pulau Nusakambangan - Cilacap, Jawa TengahAmong some natural reserves in Java Island and the vicinity only the Nusakambangan Natural Reserve, which might be characterized as the last lowland forest in this region. In fact however, there is only in eastern and western part of Nusakambangan Island, which remain covered with relatively undisturbed forest. Survey-explorative methods which including interview and direct field observation was applied in order to collect data of useful plant. 226Etnobotani Masyarakat Dayak Ngaju Di Daerah Timpah Kalimantan TengahThe Ngaju, a Dayak tribe of Central Kalimantan, depend extensively on surrounding natural resources for their food, medicines, cosmetics, construction materials, and other uses. A field study was conducted amongst the Ngaju using direct observation and interviewing key persons including community leaders, traditional healers and local families. Based on the data collected in the field, we recorded 107 plant species belonging to 51 families and 86 genera, used as food (56 species), medicine (46 species), cosmetics (4 species), building material (9 species), and other uses (9 species). Several species with potential economic value will be discussed in this paper, and local customs relating to traditions agriculture knowledge will be elaborated. The potency of the plants in connecting to the culture of the Dayak Ngaju will be also be discussed in this paper. Water table depth of peat land on virgin forest that has been reclamated is low (0.15 m) and this condition on Zamrud peat dome. Water table dept on old reclamated peat land has better condition than peat land after new reclamated as plantation area. Peatland degradation showed overdrainage phenomena has potential happened on land clearing and canal construction activity. This condition have effected to water table dept about 1 m. 230Aplikasi Teknologi Bioengineering Jebakan Sedimen Di Sub Das Citanduy HuluCitanduy watershed has been classified as a critical watershed in West Java. Sedimentation load at Citanduy watershed reach 5 milion cubic meters/years. It is indicated that lagoon area ?Segara Anakan? was decreased about 823 hectars. Land use changes for cultivation area at Citanduy upland causes acceleration land degradation. Various efforts of the civil engineering and vegetative approach have been applied to control erosion and sedimentation. Alternative technology for controlling soil erosion and sedimentation is the application of sediment trap bioengineering. It is application on micro catchment area, environment-friendly, and easily adapted for the farmers community. The main for material of bioengineering sediment trap is made of Bamboo. Results of design that is applied in the critical area at Bukit Bitung up land (Citaduy upland) Kecamatan Tambaksari, Ciamis Region, measuring the width between 100 cm to 150 cm, whereas the height are between 80 cm to 100 cm. The application of this technology is effective sediment traps for micro catcment area of <5 hectars. Therefore for a broad cachment area more sediment traps are required. In a period of not more than 1.5 month, the sediment trap has been able to capture sediments up to 1 m3 per unit. The performance of sediment traps bioengineering also shown that bamboo as main components has grown up to not more than 30 days. The trapped sediments were restored back to the land for agricultural purposes after being add by agricultural waste. 234Teknologi Pengelolaan Limbah Industri Kelapa Sawit.Dalam kegiatan operasional di Pabrik Kelapa Sawit, disamping akan dihasilkan produk utama (Main Product) berupa CPO dan PKO, juga akan dihasilkan produk sampingan (By-Product), baik berupa limbah padat maupun limbah cair dan juga polutan ke udara bebas. Berdasarkan jenis dan komposisi limbah di atas diketahui bahwa limbah cair memiliki kontribusi yang besar, yaitu antara 55% sampai 67% dari total TBS yang diolah. Limbah Pabrik Kelapa Sawit memiliki potensi nutrisi yang tinggi sebagai sumber nutrisi bagi pertumbuhan tanaman. Aplikasi Limbah Cair Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (LC PKS), Janjang Kosong, Kompos dan Abu Janjang mampu berperan sebagai pengganti pupuk konvensional (pupuk anorganik) yang murah dan dengan kandungan unsur hara (nutrisi) yang cuku memadai untuk menggantikan sumber nutrisi yang dibutuhkan tanaman.
